Short answer. We have all tasted MSG in one form or another, good or bad. Many people were able to enjoy having MSG in their food for over 100 years. Unfortunately, some of us including many of our friends and customers are allergic to MSG. As a result, our family perfected our food preparation without MSG so that we as a family can also enjoy the great taste of life. Now, we would like to share these great taste with you.
